Klöud’s adjustment system lets you tune lift assistance for the combined weight of the work surface and equipment. If your setup changes, tune it again.

Nimbus is our fixed-assistance pneumatic desk for a mostly consistent setup. Its 110 lb lift setting does not need tuning. Klöud is the adjustable alternative: tune it across a 60–150 lb total setup-weight range, then retune it when your work surface or equipment changes.
Pneumatic or electric: what changes?
Both pneumatic and electric desks raise and lower the work surface. The difference is how they feel and what they require. Klöud moves as you guide it and needs no outlet. An electric desk uses powered controls and a motor.

Setup weight includes the work surface and everything on it. The lift assistance is tuned to match that weight. Structural load capacity is the maximum weight the frame can safely support. Klöud has been tested to BIFMA X5.5, a commercial desk standard.

Minor assembly, with real support behind it.
Raise and secure the folding legs, attach the feet, and fasten the work surface. Setup typically takes 15–45 minutes with one or two people. Allen wrenches and the adjustment hex key are included; bring a screwdriver.
