Which desk fits my equipment?
Count the full setup: work surface, monitors, monitor arms, computer, and accessories. That total matters for a pneumatic desk’s setup weight and helps define the remaining equipment allowance.
Can I use my own work surface?
Klöud, Nimbus, Lüften, and Ändern can accept a customer-supplied work surface. Its dimensions and weight affect fit and pneumatic balance, so choose something close to the recommended surface for the model. Möbel does not support a customer-supplied surface. Contact support before planning a custom top for Recken or Ändern Electric.

How does a pneumatic standing desk work?
Gas springs provide lift assistance. Pulling the release handle unlocks the mechanism so you can guide the surface up or down; releasing it holds the selected height. There is no electric motor and no outlet is required.
How quickly do pneumatic models change height?
Klöud, Nimbus, Lüften, and Ändern move from sitting to standing in under three seconds. You control the movement with the release handle and stop at the height that feels right.
Delivery
Plan for dispatch, transit, and separate boxes.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one to two business days. Carrier transit is typically two to seven business days after dispatch. These are estimates, and separate boxes may arrive on different days.
What if a package is damaged or missing?
Photograph visible damage and contact support within seven days of delivery. If a shipment is missing, we will open an investigation and provide a replacement after the investigation. A police report may be required for high-value theft.

How long does assembly take?
It depends on the model: Möbel takes about five minutes; Recken and Ändern Electric about 15 minutes; Ändern and Lüften 15–30 minutes; Klöud 15–45 minutes; and Nimbus 30–45 minutes. Some models are easier with a second person.

What is the 30-day trial?
You may return an eligible desk or work surface within 30 days. We cover return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee, but the item must be shipped in its original packaging. Accessories are eligible only when purchased with a desk.
What does the warranty cover?
The five-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, subject to the published use, assembly, load-limit, and business-use conditions. Normal wear, misuse, modification, and accidents are excluded.
